Bad website - no clue what I ordered

The website needs a lot of work. There’s no way to differentiate between the 2 tissues sold. They had literally identical descriptions word for word and that same verbiage was replicated on the packing slip. No response to my inquiry about them either. Product is very good though.

I like the tissue, but would prefer that it was the size of "commercial" tissues. Also would prefer 3 ply.

Too small and light

These are very soft and lint free as advertised, but they are too thin and small for most uses. If one just has "drippy sinuses" where a small amount comes out, these are ok. But I was in the midst of a sinus cold and these were not substantial enough. I would like to see a 3 ply version that is a traditional size.
